Upon entry into the facility, patients/visitors exhibiting respiratory signs and symptoms will be provided a mask.

• At the time of check-in/registration, a severe respiratory illness screening will occur.
  

Hand sanitizer and masks are available at public entrances and in lobby areas.

Hospital

Upon entry into the facility, patients/visitors exhibiting respiratory signs and symptoms will be provided a mask.

• As part of the inpatient visitation process, parent/legal guardian/visitors will be screened for possible communicable and/or contagious conditions. At that time, a determination will be made as to patient visitation and masking.
