Vendor Compliance

To: Boys Town National Research Hospital Vendors

Boys Town National Research Hospital is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients and conducting our business with integrity and in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. As our partner in conducting our business, we expect that you will understand and support our policies.

As a Medicaid Program provider, we are obligated to comply with the terms of the Federal Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (the “DRA”). In accordance with the DRA, we have written policies and procedures for all employees that provide detailed information about the Federal and Nebraska False Claims Acts, the Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act, the whistleblower protections under such laws, and Boys Town Hospital’s policies for detecting and preventing waste, fraud, and abuse.

The DRA requires that we provide this information to vendors who provide healthcare or billing related services to Boys Town National Research Hospital. The vendor is required to review and inform their employees about the education materials found at this website. Please review our Vendor Reference Documents:
