Aftercare
Our commitment to the children and adolescents we treat does not end at discharge. Before an individual leaves our care, we develop an ongoing treatment and support system with agencies and services in his or her community to ensure ongoing success.
Aftercare Services
- Continued medication management and therapy by their current Center psychiatrist and therapist provided through telehealth or office appointments
- Involvement with community therapists who are invited to participate in treatment meeting reviews while the child is in our care to ensure continuity after dismissal
- Detailed after care plan
- Family support
- Consultation with local educators
